Put Your Transportation Safety Idea on the Map

We can build more healthy, sustainable, and equitable communities through transportation safety, which can ultimately help us reduce pollution from cars and trucks. The Island Regional Transportation Planning Organization is developing its Comprehensive Safety Action Plan to reduce serious-injury crashes by identifying potential safety projects for roads and trails in Island County. They are inviting community members on Whidbey Island to share your safety insights and suggestions through their interactive map. Whether you drive, bike, walk, or use transit, they want to hear about the specific safety challenges you encounter and ideas for improvement. Click this link to put your idea on the map.

In community,
Derek Hoshiko on behalf of the Kicking Gas Team
